Liburnia was Illyrian state bordered with Histria and Dalmatia. Todays Croatia. Europe. It is in Dalmatia today.Part of Croatia.

The history of this area goes back thousands of years and has been excavated by archaeologists for decades. Very dramatic finds and plenty to study. Theory has it that Croatia and the surrounding area,all the way to the Black Sea, might have been a second birthplace of modern man. Very interesting stuff! Thanks for bringing it up.
