Compare the other clouds to it, it might not be anything extra terrestrial but i dont think its a cloud.

The object is closer to the camera than the boats in the foreground. You can tell this by the level of focus (the buildings in the background are more in focus than this object) - this leads one to believe it is either a small bug (such as a gnat) flying past the lens or even a speck of dirt. Although it could be a tiny alien space craft the size of a pin head... who knows, right?
