Uploader comment: Can anyone tell me what these little bugs are? I saw one 5 years ago for the first time in Indiana. Now they are in my own yard in Michigan. Cute little floating/flying insects.

I just found out this is a woolly aphid. It doesn't seem to be sucking on any of my plants, they just drift around my garden. Very cute.
