Not that i agree that this is justifiable. it does remind me of a comic strip that shows god talking to an angel that says "if you want to touch more lives you should really get on twitter and facebook." churches even have podcasts too.

Talk about phoning it in... (da dum ching!) srsly, tho...I'm not religious, but I've felt for a while now that it seems more empowering for people to cut out the middleman and talk to God themselves (if they believe in one), but then you would have to wonder why someone would need an app to talk to God (lol)... to me it mostly seems like a coping tool. It can be very healing to find some kind of expression and/or release of guilty feelings, even if it's through a journal or an app. If I were a religious Catholic, however, this would make me want to puke.
