Weird house with no entrance to sell at auction

Would you buy a house that has no way in ? Image Credit: Fenland District Council
A very strange house with no door or other means of access is to go on sale in England for a mere $130.
Situated above an alleyway between two other properties in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, the house is part of a terrace of old buildings dating back to the 16th Century.

Described as comprising of "a single, currently inaccessible, room, measuring approximately 12sq m," the peculiar property has no door, no access staircase and no other viable means of entering.

The walls on either side have been bricked up and nobody, not even the auctioneer tasked with selling the building, knows what lies inside or even how large the space is.
"It's probably just full of cobwebs," said Victoria Reek of William H Brown auctioneers. "It's certainly one of the weirdest ones we've had at auction."

The house is due to be sold on February 20th with a guide price of $130.

Exactly how the new owner will get inside once they've bought it however remains unclear.

Does the price also include inhabitants? If yes, $130 is not that much because you can sell them on E Bay and spend the money on a new carpet or a Hello Kitty doorbell or something like that. .

So cool, a follow up with the discoveries of what is insight would be nice. Looks like both houses left and right have intentionatedly sealed this room in between. I am sure that it may have been due to a dispute Re; not decide who is entitled to it or simply for better privacy.

That looks like a door in the back wall. Use zip ties to affix a ladder to the pipe/pole, and you've got access.

I thinking I were the insurance owner & it were part of the building he bought then I think I would have made it into a studio and rented it out but with the money insurance agents make why bother right... even storage you would have thought would have been nice, geez at that I think I would have put my private office right in front of that big window.

My house is haunted, or perhaps enchanted is a better word.  It’s only fourteen years old.
