Sleep paralysis or my father ?

This happened to me just a couple of hours ago and I needed to make sure I wrote this down somewhere. It was 5:15 this morning and I was asleep. I sleep on the right side of the bed while my mom sleeps on the left. I was facing toward the right of the bed away from my mom. I was having some wierd dream that probably would have been a really good movie but I can't remember it to save my life, but that happens a lot. Anyways, I woke up in the middle of the dream and decided to turn to my left. So I shifted from facing my right to my left and I saw the back of my mom's head. I was sleeping on my chest with my arms on both sides of me. My knee was slightly bent toward my mom and my left hand was relaxed and open.

My room is always cold at times so I said to myself "its cold!" I was thinking that I should wake up my mom so that she could hold my hand and warm me up, but I wanted her to sleep and left her alone. Then I just said in my mind that I wish someone could hold my hand. It's weird but I just wanted someone holding my hand, I didn't think much of it though. But after I thought that, my left hand began to close slowly. At the time I just thought that I must have been flexing it this whole time and that it was just relaxing itself but it kept on closing. So I'm laying in bed and I try to open my hand again and the pressure stops. But when I relaxed it again, it continued to slowly close. That's when I began to think that something was really trying to hold my hand but then I thought that that would be crazy so I just left my hand alone and just continued to see if my hand would close fully without my control.

Things became really wierd at this point. When my fingertips finally touched the inside of my hand, my whole body was just overflowed with warmth and I couldn't move or say anything. I was looking directly at my mom and I tried so hard to call her name or make any noise but I couldn't move my tongue or my mouth which was open. So then I just tried to say "ahhhh" because that's all I thought I could do, but it came out more like a breathless weezing sound. I was looking at the back oh my mom's head the whole time and then my eyes rolled back for a quick second then came back into focus. Something was telling me to go back asleep in my mind but I was too freaked out to go back asleep.
Since I couldn't say anything, I tried to move my right knee that was bent toward my mom to touch her, but wouldn't move an inch. However, I kept trying to put some force into my leg when the paralyzing sensation stopped. When I realized that, I yelled momma and told her everything 3 times because she wasn't fully awake the first two times. She told me it was a dream but them I had to let her know that THIS WAS NOT A DREAM!! I was sweating like crazy from all the heat and I was kind of out of breath. I began to look around my room to see If there was anything strange but saw nothing out of the ordinary. She ended up believing me because of how serious I was and gave me a long hug.

The whole experience lasted about 1 or 2 minutes but never in my life have I felt anything like that before. My dad died when I was 11 months so I thought it was him giving me a hug as weird as it sounds. But when my mom fell back asleep (which didn't take long because she snores like crazy), I asked in a whispering tone that if it was my dad to give me a sign. Right after I said that my mom stopped snoring and said "I hear you" then started snoring again. Other than that, nothing else happened.

I didn't think much of it until I just now typed it out and realized that that could have been my sign right there. I just woke up my mom right now to ask her if she remembered saying that and she said that she didn't. I googled sleep paralysis and warm sensations but nothing made what happened to seem logical because I knew I wasn't asleep. So then I found this site and decided to put my experience on here. I don't know what all of that was but I guess I can say that I got what I asked for lol???? it just scared the hell out of me.

Well, sleep paralyisi, this something natural happen in night because yin qi are abudance in night than daily light who more yang qi abudance in daily light. When yin qi become dominance or yang qi are defisiansi it create stagnation for some people make the body could not able to move until the body have produce enough yang qi to blance the yin qi, or until the body able to disperse the abudance yin qi throught the normal channel so make the yin qi and yang qi be at balance. The question are your bed room warm enough, did you have good insulation, or your bed room to cold so this maybe happe... [More]

Oh forget to tell if this very often happned but not in cold weather so tried check you oil like cloestreol, etc it possible your blood cyle have a begin sign of clog by oil such colesterol, etc. Your blood cycle not walk properly and become walk slowly because the clog so yang qi not able to return as fast after yang qi move or work in organ like liver ( yang qi need to work in lver to absorb oil and prosesing them, absorb pioson substance and neutralize the substance when you sleep) So you see there a big range factor cause by yang defisiensi or yin become dominance in night times (before ...
