A four-day expedition in Marquette County by the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization, collecting evidence supporting the existence of “sasquatches” began with mixed results but concluded with “excitement,” according to BFRO organizer/ researcher Matthew Moneymaker. Blizno Posted September 6, 2007 #2 Share Posted September 6, 2007 The link to the original story doesn't work for me. I was hoping to see the videos. I'm profoundly unimpressed. They saw some "grainy blips" and "something behind trees...possibly hunkered down or crawling". UP Michigan is heavily wooded and wild in parts. It's home to lots of critters including bear and other furry four-leggers. That they managed to get a few shots of warm-blooded somethings is hardly surprising. I'm disappointed that they would bother reporting any of this or that they would be excited by what they found. If they had reported that they found a few images that meant nothing and concluded that they didn't find any evidence of sasquatch, I would respect their objectivity. predator755 Posted December 14, 2007 #3 Share Posted December 14, 2007 I hope that they have captured something of notice. And Im exstatic that they are finally using theyre heads and going into remote areas instead of the places that everyone searches in with trucks and stereos. No self-respecting Sasquatch would hang out near a noisy, well-lit campground, even if the Dumpsters are full of tasty trash. If they exist, they are way out in the wilderness where people seldom go. NoahJaymes Posted December 14, 2007 #5 Share Posted December 14, 2007 haha at self-respecting sasquatch. I am sure like many animals, they often get curious and venture where they aren't supposed to. The area where they roam is huge, chances of seeing such a thing are slim to none, if they even exist.

Agreed. “but we were able to rule out an owl, a coyote, or a wolf. Pfffttt! If they are now using thermal imaging equipment, maybe someone will be able to track one finally. I doubt it, as I don't think they exist, but the more people use better technology, the more fun.
