Children at Southway Junior School in Sussex were left traumatised by a staged version of "War of the Worlds" in which a teacher was abducted by aliens in front of them after a "spaceship" crashed near the school grounds.
The 370 children at Southway Junior School, in Burgess Hill, west Sussex, saw a 'spaceship' crash near their school and then aliens grabbed a member of staff as part of the performance. The 'alien invasion' show, which was supported by Sussex Police, took place without parents being informed, leaving some furious that they had to comfort their terrified children."

I want to see it But people.. All this is too much for small kids you know... I have many experiences of talking about aliens and stuff to children. One of them asked everyone in the house if I am saying the truth and she was confirming it many many times. Then she brought me to her mom and re-confirmed that these things don't exist, so that I would know! It was clear that she was afraid of the truth badly. And another cousin of mine would run out of the room when I talk about such stuff. They are little kids! And hey don't think of me as a maniac who scares little children with such talk....

This is great, although I don't think they took far enough.. If I was the teacher, I'd be like ... "Kids, don't go into the playground, we've er found an alien abduction victim, he's been skinned.... it's a real mess, apparently even the paramedics are puking "

Parents let their kids watch "Scare Tactics" on T.V. and think nothing of it. But a little some thing at school has them all up in arms. Some people should not be allowed to reproduce! Haha, my warped mind is picturing funny crotch kicking procedures to sterilize the men who shouldn't continue their respective generation line.

That's nothing. My entire school was told that Orwellian rules were being placed on us. It was all really believable, and well put-together. It was really frightening, and I was thinking about rebelling, or something else drastic. Then they told us it was just a simulation, and I almost passed out.

The closest thing like that that ever happened to me in school was when they did a fake drug bust some students(they were in on it) to try to scare the others into not bringing drugs to school.
