Snake with foot found in China

I shot an adder when I was about 12 with a pellet gun, the snake had swallowed something because you could see the lump in the snake. I shot him in the lump. He had eaten a frog and the frogs arm came out of the hole the pellet went in. when I first saw it I thought the snake had a leg. Weird things happen. seax

I can't say for sure...but the snake looks like he might have swallowed something...remarkably similar the snake I shot..and an arm of a lizard extending out of the wound. seax

No they won't. ~ As I said in the first thread, it's a lizard inside the snake, whos's foot has burst out of the snake. A scaled down version of this. +1 here. I was about to scramble for that link myself.... That was the first thing to come to my mind as well. Irregardless, it would be creepy to wake up and find that thing on the wall - I don't care who you are.

It wasn't a Cinderella ending for the snake. Apparently, the shoe didn't fit the foot.

Did you just say a Worm would chew its way out of a small reptile? theres a myth in reptile keeping that mealworms and morios and the like can eat there way out of a stomach where the truth is they wouldn't be able to live long enough in the stomach to do this. it comes from undisgested mealworms being found in the faeces this is because they are quite hard to digest if you dont pin them I do behead morios tho because they do have a nasty set of jaws and I worry it may bite if dropped or grab by the tail of the reptile anyway I 2 would guess its something it ate btw anyone had any luck with I.... They'll make a start at It, until you realise the reptile is dead and your left wondering why and how. Tis a small %age that it happens, If the reptile is strong enough If he chews it properly theres no comming back. lol
