According to a recent worldwide poll 1 in 5 adults believe aliens are here on Earth disguised as humans.

Its an idea that's been the subject of science fiction and conspiracy theories for years but now it seems that as much as 20 percent of the population believe aliens could be among us even now, disguised as regular people.

"The poll questioned 23,000 adults in 22 countries and found that more than 40 per cent of people from India and China believe that alien life exists with a human facade on this planet."

Perhaps demographics play a role. Consider my perspective of Down Under. Gold Coast is seasonal. Much is a family destination. Theme parks, eco-tourism etc. Head north to Darwin and it's hot. Tourism is a party atmosphere. I think it would be not too far from the mark to say one would go to the Gold Coast to see Sea World, on heads to Darwin for the annual hookers and pimps ball. Northerners know how to have a great time. Lucky sods. Now on the Gold Coast - UFO's do not make the papers often. I honestly don't know a single person that does not raise at least one eyebrow if the subject is menti... [More]

I see people around town sometimes who are not human as I understand it. Some of these are angels I believe like St. Michael. St. Michael is held in very high esteem in the Catholic Church and there are churches dedicated to him. I have seen the mythological gods around town like Zeus and Isis. I have seen Medusa I believe who was a beautiful maiden who was serving in the temple of Athena according to the myths. People didn't just make those guys up to tell stories and explain the stars. I believe I have also seen some beings from a planet called Iarga. They don't look too much like human bein... [More]

I have seen Satan and spoken to him on many occasions. Well, I think I was once married to his brother. But, what I feel/believe has very little to do with objective reality. Do you suppose that it's your own feelings about all of these beings that have lead you to think you *see* aliens, angels, demons, mythical gods?

Do you suppose that it's your own feelings about all of these beings that have lead you to think you *see* aliens, angels, demons, mythical gods? What you feel/believe has EVERYTHING to do with objective reality. It's impossible not to be the product of objective reality. What it is is the messages painted on your consciousness by your neurons. The question is, how scrambled are those message? EDIT: grammar

Well, we could delve into a Hume verses Kant discussion of 'what's reality?'. But, I (personally) am in search of knowledge that is based on empirical observation that the majority will agree upon when it comes to aliens, angels, demons, etc.

Nice, aliens disguised as humans....that explains Dennise Rodman, and Michael Jackson, now what about those religious leaders, they might be as will, which would be hilarious. Even better if Tom Cruise turned out to be Quizacotl in disguise, ha ha ha, ALL HAIL XENU! EA

You have a point however that perhaps I am curious about the mysterious side of life. I am influenced by the planet Neptune as indicated by the great Edgar Cayce: Neptune: Attracted to the mysterious; mystical, idealistic, otherworldly, and devotional; attracted to the sea and other forces of nature. I never had much of ... [More]
