Meditation hailed as good for your health

Medical experts are hailing transcendental meditation as an ideal way to treat high blood pressure.

A worldwide movement was started in 1957 by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi with celebrities such as The Beatles embracing the technique. Recent studies have suggested that meditation is more beneficial to dealing with the stresses of everyday life than a good diet or exercise.

"It was embraced by The Beatles and became synonymous with the 1960s hippy lifestyle of peace and love."

Haven't read the article yet but shouldn't the title read "MediTation" rather than mediation? Just my 2 (stoopid French) cents :innocent: :innocent: :innocent: :innocent:
