A lamb born with only two legs in China has been spared after the farmer was inspired by its will to survive.
Despite its lack of limbs the lamb was up on its two feet in no time and managing to cope just fine. "He may only have two legs but he gets around very quickly and is pretty steady on his feet. He follows me everywhere and I haven't got the heart to slaughter him," said farmer Cui Jinxiu.
Farmer Cui Jinxiu, from Laizhou in the Shandong province, said the lamb was one of two born last month. "The first one was a very healthy and normal one," she said. "However, the second one surprised me. "

If it does die, they should take it to a taxidermist. They might be able to make a few bucks having it on display. Odie

He was going to dump it? Huh? I hope if it starts to suffer, he puts it down humanely. Knowing most farmers don't give a twig about animal welfare...

The wisest would probably have been to dump it directly, but sympathy for this creature got the better of him. Farmers do care about their animals throughout this world, that doesn't seem to register with the masses, only the exceptions do.

It's...it's like a lambchicken. Weird looking. My first thought was an ostrich with a lamb's head. Haha, almost sounds like a greek mythological beast.

I was a little offended by that, lol, If anything farmers will give their animals a better quality of life than they have themselves Its just you never hear about the normal farmer only the cruel ones so dont be tarring us with the same brush!! They could make a cart with wheels to strap to his hind end if he gets too big to walk on the two legs, im sure if they can get them for dogs they could be used on a sheep
