Woman to marry a building in bizarre wedding

Babylonia Aivaz is to marry an 107-year-old warehouse due to be demolished in Seattle.
The activist has been part of a 200 strong movement to protest the building's destruction which is aimed at making way for the construction of a new luxury apartment complex. During the campaign Aivaz discovered that she had fallen in love with the building and is now looking to marry it in a ceremony due to take place today before the demolition goes ahead. "I'm doing this to show the building how much I love it, how much I love community space and how much I love this neighborhood," she said.Babylonia Aivaz's love knows no bounds - that's why she will marry a 107-year-old doomed warehouse in Seattle tomorrow. The Seattle activist has planned the weekend ceremony because she is head over heels in love, and she also wants to make a statement against the warehouse’s slated demolition.
