I think this guy has been debunked a number of times. Or else he's a Government plant to distract people's attention from what is really going on, and it doesn't have a thing to do with alien crafts and everything to do with US military experimental aircraft/weaponry.

I saw an interview with Mr. Lazar not long ago done by a TV station. I was impressed with him and his abilitys. He regrets opening up to the UFO community, not because he was untruthful, but that" Every UFO Nut" came out of the wood work justify their own agenda's. Though making him look fraudulent. In the past few years he is still being watched by the Government. He built his own, low power particle accelerator behind his garage for his business, and one morning U.S. Marshalls woke him and his wife and hand cuffed them for hours while they made sure he was not building a BOMB in his Garage. ... more proof he's telling the truth and there's no way something like this was made up 20 years ago, he has to be telling the truth

I am somewhat tossed on the issue. Most of what he says makes sense except why he is still alive after exposing what he did (or claims to have). I may be cynical, but I have to believe when he exposed national secrets-it could be looked at as treason. To the best of my knowledge, he never went to jail. If what he said is the truth, it was treason, if it was a lie, why was he not sued to stop him from saying anything. Clearly there is more here than meets the eye. If you want a paranoid thought, how he is a disinformation plant to hide real secret machines of our own making.

if he was placed in jail...then everyone would know he was telling the truth proof positive, not acting on his treason would leave the possibility of him lying still open...basically the only thing the US could do with out giving them selves away

I think I know how the alien spacecraft would use 151 to generate gravitational waves!! It was contained in a cyliner right? well imagine this element (being very heavy) having a pressure put on it, and all the atoms being superimposed onto eachother, the gravity would be imense and concentrated on such a small area, possibly causing a space-time pertubtion. Once they atoms are superimposed onto eachother the pressure is stopped and they return to normal, this short superposition of elements causing a space-time pertubtion would generate a gravitational wave, which can then be focused and dire... Sounds kind of familiar don't it. But 20 years ago it was science fiction. In a few more years you may be able to call "Scotty" on your cell phone and get "BEAMED UP"
