"With the evidence, as far as whether it's haunted or not; I would lean towards it," McDowell said. He didn't want to say much Monday because he'll give a full report on the April 30 courthouse investigation by the Ghost Trackers of Northwest Indiana to the County Commissioners at 6 p.m. today.
