The problem started after a local farmer arranged for several tonnes of chicken manure to be dumped near the village of Polevoy in the Sverdlovsk region - one of the most beautiful parts of Russia. But hot weather in May and heavy rains in June were perfect conditions for the flies that have emerged from the dung in their millions. Farmers spread animal feces over their crop fields, wich nature breaks down into nutrients. Free Fertilizer. If a farmer has a large chicken, cattle, sheep, or hog farm what should he do with the Dung. Most Bio reusing methods are not cost effective, and farmers( contrary to popular belief) are not Rich and can not afford to do this any way. Just imagine, if she is the only person left in the village goes that mean ALL the flies are attracted everytime she cooks food...
