It's also just a show... It's annoying when people try to make a sci-fi (that's science FICTION) show into a kind of documentry where everything that happens can and will happen. -sigh- there's always someone like Anthony North...

I saw this show and, I just wanted to say, It meant the end of time, not the edge. You can tell this because the doctor counts through the years. you can watch it HERE.
