He must have been high or something to see something like that while watching flares dropped by airplane. ridiculous... They were not flares. I have seen f-16's around here drop flares and being from AZ and seeing the lights out here I can say that they are not flares.

If they were flares, they wouldn't have been burning for a long period of time. They would've had a more reddish tint to them, and they most likely wouldn't have been dropped over the city of Phoenix, Arizona. What would be the point? They could've done it over the desert.

Well. Finally someone from the government is saying something and none other than a former governer. The question to pose is why didn't he come forward before instead of waiting so long. I suppose we have to be thankful that at least he said something and now there shouldn't be anymore speculation and the truth will hopefully come out. Hopefully we will see what happens next.
