Oh yeah the Fer-de-Lance...Only ever seen one up close and they are extremely aggressive particularly in captivity....There is another called the Bushmaster which last I heard accounted for more snakebites in SA than any other snake mainly because it lies along trails and other pathways awaiting prey....The Fer-de-Lance is called barba amarilla in Spanish....This is not a snake to toy around with folks.
