Total Recall got it right. Suffocation. At least your unconscious when things start to get vacuumed out.

Your blood kinda boil in a figurative way ....your blood will turn in a soda form. all the gas in it will start to bubble up and it will be a hard case of bends like when it turn for the worst in scuba diving. That's pretty bad ! For the rest, in an airliner at 36000 feet we are at 1/3 of ground air pressure. We lost the last tier going into space.
