Where are all the B batteries ?

Batteries such as AA and AAA are common, but where are all the other letters ?

There is also AAAA batteries, only use I've actually seen is in the streamlight pen torch, mega expensive for their size but a quality 9v PP3 battery has 8 inside. The 6v square battery has 4 'F' batteries in side which are nearly 50% longer than a D battery, so you can run a 3D cell torch off 2 F batteries. And some of the smaller cylindrical battery's, are made up of AG13 or equivalent, button cell batteries.
