can someone please shed some light on this image i caught, im unsure weather these are actual orbs ?

The texture and consistently makes it appear to be dust particles. If the place you're at is relatively dusty, dirty, then that increases the changes of any 'orb' phenomenon to be dust particles in nature. Open places with drafts, underground locations, outside locations, can easily produce such dust particles. I've been to places where I've taken a few sets of pictures, and see nothing. And the next set has a ton of 'orbs' like the picture you've presented. The slightest of draft, or shuffling of the feet can easily produce such phenomena. Take this photo for i...
