I do not see an angel, however this is something people. I think it's a energy form in motion. What was the lighting like, what was the air like what is what. I think we would all need more information on the photo before jumping to confirmation of an exact answer.

I won't discount this as an energy form, but it could also be a strand of hair or possibly a stray thread from cloth.
