what is this? all i see are light blotches that are probably reflections. if that's what you're talking about.

It looks like reflection to me--look at the same thing in the two windows downstairs.

it appears to be light refraction, reflecting from the upper and lower windows, because of the over head lights

There is a house in New Orleans, They call it Rising Sun ----- pretty classic song, so much prettier than this stupid image with somekinda of faces haha !!!

WHITE PAINT LIKE THAT ON A HOUSE WILL BOUNCE OFF THE REFLECTION OF THE LIGHT OF A BULB. MORE ESPECIALLY IF THE PAINT IS A HIGH GLOSS.
