Uploader comment: This strange mist was taken at the Stanley Hotel near room 217 where the murders took place. The movie "The Shining" was made based on a true story of the happenings that took place here. Submitted another view of this picture in the gallery as well.

No comments? I was at that hotel. I took pictures and tape recorded, didn't get anything though :( I don't know......just don't see anything exciting here.

The film wasn't made because of the hotel. It was made from the Stephen King novel of the same name. Lights, orbs, mist ... a load o rollox i say
