Uploader comment: I took this pic during a severe thunderstorm the power was out so the light in the picture is due to the camera when i caught the shape in the upper right hand corner. that peticular one might just be another raindrop but i thought it was interesting the way it was shaped tell me what you think

Rain drop from flash. Like the lil ones streaking down the pic and the other bright one in the street (which could be construded as a 'fairy' shape.

I think it's a ghost with a bright idea. I'm just making light of the situation. I do see the faint shape of a head around the bright light. Ever smell static electricity right before a storm? This could be simply answered as rain drops or static electricity but i have never seen any this bright.
