Uploader comment: A Close Encounter @ The US Capitol July 16, 2002. Taken from Lower US Senate Park. A formation of green spheres appeared above my head, I took a 3.5 minutes exposure of the anomaly as it "warped out"

The 'green spheres' appear to be caused by the two bright lamps in the lower middle left of the photo. Nevermind.
