Uploader comment: Not sure what these circle types are in the night. I was taking pictures of clouds. I have a few cool ones however it was not raining it was not humid the neighbor didn't have on a sprinkler and I didn't sneeze. Curious to find out what you may think.

yeap and there was no dirt in the air and yes there is humidity everywhere even in a desert but yeah lets go with spectors instead that makes more sense!

Specks of whatever can always land on the lens. Looks like specks because of how out of focus they appear. But 'cha never know. keep it real
