If there was a bag on the other seat I would say you might have a solution, but there was nothing on my seat. What I was taking a picture of was my hair...I just got a perm and my girlfriend wanted to see it.

It's definitely a plastic bag, and it even looks like the subject was digging in it when the picture was taken.

If by the subject you mean me...I am not sure how I could be digging in a plastic bag when I had one hand up in the air holding the camera and my other hand laying down flat. The figure is sitting on my forearm near my elbow. I realize you have only my word to go by, but there was nothing but me, my black pocket book which was laying on the passenger seat and that's it in my car. no bags, no statues, no nothing.
