Declassified CIA file describes locations of alleged alien bases

Are there alien facilities in our solar system ?
The document pertains to a secretive remote-viewing experiment designed to gain intelligence on military targets.
Between 1977 and 1995, the CIA had been heavily invested in experiments involving remote viewing - a type of alleged psychic projection enabling someone to view things over long distances using only the power of their own mind.

Known collectively as Project Stargate, these experiments were mainly aimed at acquiring information for military and domestic intelligence purposes, but could be used for other pursuits as well.

Examples of some of the more 'out there' observations reported by remote viewers can be found in declassified CIA files which document many of their sessions.

One such document, entitled Description of Personnel Associated 'ET' Bases, concerns alleged alien bases located not only on the Earth, but on other worlds within our own solar system as well.

The remote viewer had also described various types of operatives working at these facilities.

"All personnel observed at this base on 20 November 1986 appeared to be no different than native Earthlings," they wrote concerning a base on Titan - a moon of Saturn.

"There were two male technician-types sitting at a control panel of some kind. Behind them stood an attractive female with brown shoulder-length hair, wearing a pale green lab coat or smock. She appeared to be in some sort of supervisory role."

Another section of the file referred to a base on (or inside) Mount Hayes in Alaska.
"There appeared to be two types of entities associated with this site," the remote viewer recalled.

"The two entities located outside of the structure were accomplishing some sort of routine task - unable to make contact with them or gain information of any sort."

The third record concerned an alleged base that was either in South America or Africa.

"There appeared to be two types of entities associated with this site also," the document states.

"The first had a very large, round-shaped head on a slender neck - very unhuman in appearance - almost robot-like - unable to make any contact with this being."

"The other entity was almost human-like in appearance. His face was devoid of any hair, his complexion was very pale - facial features were very indistinct with the exception of a sharp, slender nose. This entity seemed friendly enough and appeared to be aware of my presence."

As tends to be typical of such claims, however, no concrete evidence that any of these facilities actually exist has ever been forthcoming.

I can understand why they tried this back in the days (you never know, right?) and then later when it turned out to be a waste of time (and 20 million dollars) the Stargate Program was terminated due to a lack of convincing evidence of its effectiveness and the belief that the resources could be better utilized in more traditional intelligence methods.   "According to AIR, which performed a review of the project, no remote viewing report ever provided actionable information for any intelligence operation." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stargate_Project_(U.S._Army_unit)
