Emma is an all time favourite of the park visitors, not least because she is so easily reconisable. She photographs very well but sadly she is not the most interesting bear to watch, there are a lot of bears with a lot more character....

She photographs very well but sadly she is not the most interesting bear to watch, there are a lot of bears with a lot more character....I can imagine once you get to know them all like you have, you can see the differences in each individual bear. They must have been very interesting to study, that would have appealed to me too

Oh yes, after a bit you don't understand why noonee else can do it they look that different to you, lol! visitors look at you strangely when you sort of just glance at a passing bear butt and go, oh yeah, that's Laura, Maika is over there in the bushes, you can just see her ear there.... It was interesting but sadly very,very cold!
