Uploader comment: This is a new design I tried this weekend... it's woven in several different stitches out of glass beads in silver, pink and ecru (aka, tan). The toggle and ring clasp was hand woven and studded with a few Swarovski Austrian crystals to give it some bling. The ruffled stitch gives it a VERY feminie look when it's worn. For all that it looks lacy and delicate, it's incredibly strong.

haha, Sarah, this design does take some time to put together, but not as long as you might think (6 hours or so?). It's a design that I only have to count the beads once, and from there on out, it's busy work. Some of my other pieces like the ones with the 5 stones surrounded by crystals and beads take MUCH longer. Because the stones are natural, they're never all quite exactly the same size. So, in order for them to come out right, I have to adjust my tension quite frequently and that requires some geometry and brainpower. LOL. Also, once all the stones are finished, I have to lin...
