Uploader comment: Good day This photo was taken by a friend on the 9th of August in my yard in cape town South Africa. A strange figure apeared in the background of the picture.Can anybody explain what that is please.

I am a photographer and this is easily explained as camera shake. when you have a slower shutter speed and there is a light in the back ground, any movement creates that sort of blur.
