No it looks like the person was in the house with us and they lock the doors when going through the tour.

There's several interesting things going on here, none of them paranormal. The image in the mirror is of the bust in front of said mirror and a very real person standing at the door. The thing to know about memories is that they are always wrong. When we recall past events they are never as they actually occurred. Short term memory contains a lot of detail where as long term is pretty much key details. We are bombarded with so much stimuli that it's impossible to process it all.
