UFO disclosure advocates have moved to urge the Vatican to reveal exactly what it knows about the topic.
The world joined in mourning this month as the news broke that Pope Francis, who had served as head of the Catholic Church for over 12 years, had died back on April 21st.

Now, with attentions turned toward the question of who the next pope will be, UFO disclosure advocates are renewing their efforts to request that the Vatican - and in particular Pope Francis' successor - publish any relevant files that might be tucked away in the archives.

Known officially as the Vatican Apostolic Archive, the collection contains thousands of documents ranging from books and manuscripts to state papers, letters and even presidential missives.

One of the largest and most mysterious collections in the world, the documents are stored on many miles of shelving deep beneath the Vatican.
Historians and researchers have long sought to gain access to this treasure trove of knowledge which is thought to contain valuable information on events spanning hundreds of years.

More recently, proponents or UFO disclosure have been attempting to gain access to the archives to look for evidence of historical accounts of unidentified flying objects and other similar phenomena.

It is hoped that the new pope will make it easier for those with an interest in delving into the archives to do so.

Whether or not Francis' successor will prioritize such requests, however, remains to be seen.

Now it’s not just the world’s governments that are going to provide disclosure, but the Vatican too?  A few more decades and we’ll be adding the Freemasons, the Teamsters and the Mickey Mouse Club.

And while we're at it - let's have the secret maps to Atlantis.  And the original blueprints of the cities deep underneath Giza.  And the suppressed photos of early Christians riding dinosaurs.  And all the perpetual motion machines they've hushed up.  The real Hitler Diaries.  A cure for cancer.  Fusion generators.  Definition of a woman.  Scotty's source of silly ideas.  Time travel.  The reason for Ed Sheeran. What else shall I demand they release, then lambast them when it fails to materialise?  Those darned Catholics!  Why won't they reveal everything they know about how the ... [More]
