Uploader comment: I keep my hair long and working on it excercises my arms strengthing them. I get spasms in my arms but doing my hair decreases the spasms good days. It takes a while for me to do it but at least it keeps my arms from seizing up. On this day a staff member done my hair. A former hairdresser and friend. Anyway, they wanted a picture of this and another updo.
