The "orbs" are dust. Look at the ground, it's just dirt. The light could be from the shutter speed being slow combined with the flash.

Now this is interesting??? I have seen this type of imagein other photo's. Dont have a clue. nice! yes orbs are dust or moisture.

Looks like spirit orbs to me. I would not believe in such things if I didn't see them for myself. Good pic.
