Uploader comment: My birth record states I am dead I thought I had almost died a few times it does not have a father or mother signed and informant is where mom would have signed I was offshore when the rig blew up on a rig hat help stopped it also it does look a little red from one of the pics I got fbi, homeland sercurity, cia, military all know but can't explaine it please advise
