Sorry, this image does not prove anything. It looks like a simple Long Exposure trick. Yes, saying you can see stars in the background does not make this image any more believable because we all know Stars are not that colour, but there is nothing to say somebody didn't just do this with a small light. Its easy to do. Just set your camera for a long exposure of roughly around 8 seconds and move a small light or torch in the background, the camera picks it all up and creates an image exactly like this.
