Pretty cute, but obviously fake. It has some nice details most people wouldn't include when making a fake skull so whoever made it took a swift loot at an anatomy book. However, only a swift one. No mammal has a skull base like that. The teeth, more obvious in the other picture, however are not as good. You can see that these aren't seperate teeth, but one massive block.

like FMH said, not bad, but very fake. just basic anatomy...the holes in the ocular cavities don't look big enough for the optical nerves of a creature with eyes that size, for instance. and, as he pointed out, everything is basically one big block, no growth plates or separate teeth. I'm thinking it's made of wood, pine from the color.
