Uploader comment: This was a picture taken of my husband and I under the Arch in St. Louis, Missouri. He died shortly after this photo was taken having suffered from a terminal disease. I've always wondered about this picture. We took several but this is the only one of us together. Please let me know what you think.

Could it be cigarette smoke? I see a butt in your hand. Probably too far away from the camera, but who knows?

Don't think so. A passerby too the picture and she wasn't smoking. So just don't know. You can't see the picture too well here but in the one I have you can see the fog going in and out of the trees. Really kinda strange!

So sorry to hear about your loss. A tragedy for anyone to lose their life partner. My gut feeling (very un-scientific of course!) is that he was a marked soul. His fate was sealed and these are spirits attracted to him. So sorry once again.
