Strange light kind from Indonesian Embassy Kabul

Uploader comment: My friend from Indonesia Embassy Kabul took a picture of his staff while they are doing cooking kebab in the garden. in year 2009, there are suicide bomb targeting Indian Embassy located beside Indonesian embassy,they found out some legs, arms and bodies scattered around at tennis court and yard in 2009,this pictures taken April 2012.
if anyone knows what are these lights,ghost or maybe dust.
