What's real? Whose face? As far as I can tell, there is no one in this picture. It looks like a damaged Polaroid.

Damaged negative as October Last stated seems a good fit. I can't see face - nevermind male or female. I can see a slight blur that could be a horned demon heading to top right corner (similar to a Balrog from Lord of the Rings)which is cool - but it isn't a Balrog - the're not real.
