Uploader comment: This image was taken by a policeman at a hiking trail in Taiwan's Taitung County. The picture appears to show a see-through humanoid figure and has been the subject of much debate since it was released by the Taiwan UFOlogy Society.

You see the same effect on the ground. That makes it pretty obvious that it's just a photographic anomaly. That should be the end of the debate.

Just watched a video on YouTube reporting this impartially. It reports a photographic expert saying its probably an anomaly, not a hoax as I thought. The vid also states it's not been checked by digital memory experts so is completely unverified.

@October Last possibly, but not necessarily. if the creature is actively creating this effect in an attempt to remain unseen, it could blur the ground under his feet as well.
