I took this picture last night of my friend holding a picture in a frame of a bald eagle while he was sitting on my couch. My phone is in a waterproof case and the flash was on so I am assuming that is why it is so blurry, but for whatever reason he somehow became transparent in the photo and then we noticed a face right above the picture of someone who we did not have at our house or have ever seen before. Looks like you didn't change the settings. This isn't paranormal but user error.
