Mystery of speakers on Mount Shasta, California has been solved

Credit: Frank Schulenburg / CC BY-SA 4.0 (adapted) A few days ago, we reported on a bizarre mystery centered on the area around Mount Shasta in California, a place long associated with stories of the unexplained and beneath which some believe there lies a hidden, advanced subterranean civilization descended from the ancient Lemurians.

When California resident Karrie Ann Snure and her daughter went horseback riding through the mountains recently, they discovered hundreds of solar-powered Bluetooth speakers in the ground that were producing strange sounds including what seemed to be some form of sermon.

The mystery proved highly compelling and left many people scratching their heads, but now the land owner who put the speakers there has come forward to explain what it is all about.

According to Snure, he had contacted her directly to offer up his side of the story."He shared with me that from the very first time that he visited Mount Shasta, he was fascinated by this area and felt a deep affinity to it," she said in a video on Facebook.

"I see it now as a personal and spiritual project created with positive intentions, even if not everyone agrees or understands it. "

"It appears the speakers are a way to project spoken words, intentions and positive messages into the universe."

"At the heart of his message is a sincere prayer for world peace and a hope that people will choose a more compassionate way to treat one another."
