Looks like you are in a moving vehicle (image is blurry on the left on the pic) with your window up while taking a picture. The green image could be a reflection of someone else that is in the car with you. I've taken pictures like this many times. Images always look more transparent or invisble looking. Good effect, but only an effect. Not mysterious at all.

First impression is reflection from glass. If you are outside then I would say it's simply image blur. The tree is visibly moving. You could have also perhaps moved the camera in the opposite direction in which the leaves were blowing creating a streaking effect.
