I can think of something that it could be: nothing! It looks just like the sunlit stone on the right, except for the arrangement of the shadows. This a very small, blurry crop of a much larger image. Nothing in it is recognizable, so why should that one spot stand out?

Kind of looks like it's real, given the fact you can see where the collar bone tapirs up into the rest of the form, but you can also see where it is transparent, but overlays the headstone to the left of it.
