Read my previous posts in this topic, ergot was used in the ancient Greek mystery religions, it has to be cold water extracted. I have researched and studied ethnobotany, mycology, botany, and the entheogens pretty much my whole life, I think that qualifies me to speak facts on the subject! I don't quote out of outdated text books.
