A medium has allegedly cleared a house of ghosts after two failed attempts by a church minister.
Single mum Vicky Dann and her family had been experiencing a number of strange events in their home including sightings of apparitions, orbs of light and a man in black that seemed to mysteriously disappear down the hall. The family had been so scared by the activity that they had been sleeping in the living room and Dann's youngest daughter had been missing school. It wasn't until a visit by Midlothian Paranormal Investigations and medium Jackie Drummond that the activity finally ceased.
Members of the MPI spent three nights last week assessing the haunted house before sending in their expert medium, Jackie Drummond, who identified the spook as Thomas Laidlaw, a man who died in 1923.
